Rockstar Advanced Game Engine, commonly known as RAGE, is the proprietary technology platform used by Rockstar Games and its studios. It supports streaming open worlds, physics, animation, artificial intelligence and rendering across several hardware generations.

RAGE has powered major Rockstar releases since Rockstar Games Presents Table Tennis, including the Grand Theft Auto and Red Dead Redemption series.
