Frank

Frank lived with Bill in the fortified town of Lincoln after the outbreak. Over time, confinement and Bill’s distrust eroded their partnership, and Frank decided to leave in search of the Boston quarantine zone. Although he is found only after his death, his letter and abandoned plan give Bill and Joel a stark view of what isolation can destroy.
