Viktor Vektor is a Watson ripperdoc, former boxer and one of V’s most dependable friends. Operating from a clinic behind Misty’s Esoterica, he installs and maintains cyberware while treating V as a person rather than merely a customer. His experience and professional caution make him an important counterpoint to Night City’s more predatory medical economy.

Viktor examines V after the Konpeki Plaza heist and identifies the Relic’s lethal effect. Although he cannot solve the problem, he provides honest guidance and continues to support V throughout the story. His friendship with Misty and affection for Jackie connect him to V’s closest personal circle.
