Sebastian “Padre” Ibarra

Sebastian Ibarra, widely known as Padre, is a veteran fixer based in Heywood. A former priest with deep roots in the local community and longstanding connections to the Valentinos, he combines religious language with a clear understanding of Night City’s violence and obligations.

Padre knows V from the Streetkid lifepath and provides gigs throughout Heywood in every playthrough. His authority depends less on spectacle than on reputation, memory and the expectation that debts to the community will eventually be paid.
