Saburo Arasaka

Saburo Arasaka is the patriarch of the Arasaka dynasty and the dominant architect of the corporation’s modern power. A veteran of the twentieth century whose life was extended far beyond an ordinary human span, he transformed Arasaka into a global military, security and financial empire shaped by nationalism, family control and personal authority.

His arrival at Konpeki Plaza places him at the center of the heist that changes V’s life. Although he dies early in the visible story, the succession crisis, the Relic program and the actions of Hanako and Yorinobu ensure that his influence governs much of what follows. Arasaka’s Secure Your Soul technology also reveals that death does not necessarily end his political plans.
