Royce

Royce is the gang name used by Simon Randall, the violent Maelstrom leader controlling the All Foods factory. He seized authority from Brick and acquired Militech’s stolen Flathead, placing his crew at the center of V and Jackie’s preparations for the Konpeki Plaza heist.

The Pickup allows several outcomes: V may fight Royce, negotiate, cooperate with Militech or alter Maelstrom’s leadership situation. His survival is therefore player-dependent rather than a fixed fact.
