Regina Jones

Regina Jones is a former media who becomes Watson’s principal fixer. She provides V with local contracts and coordinates the investigation of cyberpsycho incidents, repeatedly emphasizing that affected individuals should be incapacitated and studied rather than simply killed.

Her work gives her a distinctive position among fixers: alongside ordinary paid jobs, she attempts to document the social, medical and corporate conditions surrounding cyberpsychosis. The results of V’s encounters affect her final assessment of the project.
