Overview

Raymond Kenney, better known as T-Bone Grady, helped develop ctOS while working for Blume and later tried to expose its dangers. His actions caused the 2003 Northeast blackout, after which he lived off the grid. He helps Aiden decrypt Iraq’s data and later supports DedSec in Watch Dogs 2.
