Panam Palmer

Panam Palmer is a nomad and skilled mercenary whose story centers on loyalty, independence and the future of the Aldecaldos. After a dispute with clan leader Saul Bright, she works in Night City under fixer Rogue Amendiares, but her strongest ties remain with the nomad family she temporarily left behind. Panam is impulsive and confrontational, yet consistently protective of people she considers family.

V first meets Panam while pursuing Anders Hellman. Their partnership expands into a series of operations involving Nash, Kang Tao and the Aldecaldos’ internal conflict. Player decisions can help reconcile Panam with the clan and influence its leadership. For a compatible V she can become a romantic partner, and the Aldecaldos may play a decisive role in one of the game’s possible endings. These outcomes are player-dependent rather than universal canon.

Panam is strongly associated with nomad vehicles and mobile warfare, including her customized Mizutani Shion Coyote and the Basilisk captured by the Aldecaldos. Her quests show the Badlands as a social world with its own obligations and politics, broadening Cyberpunk 2077 beyond Night City’s corporate center.
