Kurt Hansen

Kurt Hansen is a former NUSA colonel and the ruler of Dogtown. During the Unification War he took control of the abandoned district and built Barghest into a militia, security force and criminal organization capable of maintaining independence from Night City.

In Phantom Liberty, Hansen’s control of Dogtown and dealings with Songbird place him at the center of the crisis surrounding Space Force One. He favors strategy and leverage as much as open violence, operating the Black Sapphire as both fortress and political stage. His ultimate fate varies with the route V follows.
