Evelyn Parker

Evelyn Parker is a Clouds doll and the architect of the plan that becomes the Konpeki Plaza heist. Through her relationship with Yorinobu Arasaka, she learns about the Relic prototype and hires Judy Alvarez to prepare a braindance of the penthouse. She then attempts to bypass fixer Dexter DeShawn and negotiate directly with V.

Evelyn’s ambition places her between the Voodoo Boys, Arasaka, the Afterlife mercenary world and the exploitative systems surrounding Clouds. After the heist fails, V and Judy’s search for her reveals how quickly Night City discards people who lose protection or economic value. Her story is central to Judy’s later development and to the game’s treatment of exploitation, trauma and the false promise of social mobility.
