Emily

Emily is an elder among the Seraphites and takes part in the group’s harsh enforcement of its rules. She captures Abby and orders her execution, then turns against Lev and Yara for rejecting the roles imposed on them. Her confrontation with the siblings helps bring Abby into their struggle and marks a decisive break between them and their former community.
