Boris Legasov

Boris Legasov is a skilled archer and former auto-shop owner in Hillcrest. After the Washington Liberation Front kills his daughter, he turns against the occupying soldiers and becomes a local symbol of resistance. Notes, traps and the remains of his community allow Ellie to reconstruct how grief, retaliation and betrayal destroyed the neighborhood from within.
