Anders Hellman

Anders Hellman is an Arasaka bioengineer and one of the principal developers of the Relic technology. His technical knowledge makes him essential to understanding why Johnny Silverhand’s engram is overwriting V, but his relationship with Arasaka leaves him fearful of both the corporation and the consequences of defecting.

V and Panam pursue Hellman after intercepting a Kang Tao transport. Under interrogation he explains the Relic’s function and limitations, providing crucial information without offering an easy cure. His survival and later role can vary with player decisions.
